Benefit invoices - financial assessment form
Please use this form to notify the Housing Benefit Recovery Team of your financial situation.
The financial assessment form allows you to provide information about your income and expenditure so that we can assess your ability to repay a Housing Benefit invoice.
The form has been made available in two formats so that you can choose between PDF and Microsoft Word.
The PDF version can be printed and then completed and sent to us by post with the supporting documents requested.
The Microsoft Word version can be downloaded, completed and saved, then either printed and posted with your supporting documents, or emailed directly to the Recovery Team at: HBRecovery@brighton-hove.gcsx.gov.uk. If you are sending your financial assessment form by email, you may also send scanned copies of your supporting documents by email. However, for certain documents, the original version may be required by the Recovery Team and they may need to contact you to arrange this.
