Translating pages on this website

If you would like to view this website in another language we recommend using Google Translate.  We have set the default language to French on the link below - but once you are viewing with Google Translate you can choose a different language from the drop-down menu at the top-centre of the page. This provides a computer-generated translation which is usually understandable but not perfect.

If you, a friend or a member of your family needs to contact us regarding a benefit invoice and has difficulties understanding English, use our interpreter service.

    Lines are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

When you get through to the Recovery Team, please give the name of the language needed and a contact telephone number. We will call you back on the telephone number provided and try to answer the query with the help of a telephone interpreter.
