Revenues & Benefits has retained the Customer Service Excellence award for the period July 2016 - July 2017. This is in recognition of our high standard of customer service and our commitment to continuous improvement. We have received this award every year since 2009.

Customer Service Excellence is the government’s national standard for excellence in customer service. Receiving this award shows that we recognise the importance of consulting and developing an in-depth understanding of our customers' needs.
