Customer Service Centres
Self-help computers are available at each Centre to access our online services.
Each Centre has private rooms to discuss sensitive or confidential issues and our buildings are fully accessible, including induction loops for the hard of hearing. Language translations are available if required.
A charge is made for some of the services provided at our Brighton & Hove Customer Service Centres.
Staff are on hand to provide good advice and put you in contact with the right people.
