Local offer

Four children smile for the camera.Our Local Offer gives you information on the help and support available locally for children and young people aged 0 to 25 with special educational needs and/or a disability (SEND), and their families. It covers health, education, social care, leisure, preparing for adulthood and more.

Brighton & Hove’s Local Offer has been developed together with parent carers and young people to help you find all the information you need in one place. Read more about how we involve parent carers and young people in shaping SEND services.

We are always trying to improve our Local Offer and we welcome your feedback and any suggestions you may have for additions or changes.Your feedback will help us to develop our Local Offer and improve the services we offer. Please send us your comments and suggestions on the Local Offer.

As part of our statutory responsibility, as detailed in the SEN Code of Practice, we are required to produce a report at least annually about feedback we have received from users of our Local Offer.
