What the Environmental Health enforcement policy does
The Environmental Health department of Brighton & Hove City Council have revised their enforcement policy to reflect changes in government guidance and the council's new core priorities.
The policy makes sure that Environmental Health enforcement actions are fair, consistent and transparent.
The policy covers:
- animal welfare
- food safety
- health and safety
- noise control
- pollution control
