StreetGym® is a unique 1 hour whole body workout, simply using your own bodyweight and the urban environment. You don't need to be able to run for long distances as we stop frequently to perform bodyweight exercises on street furniture, gradients and architectural features. That said, ideally you should be able to run for around 2 - 3 miles comfortably. StreetGym® is the perfect workout for anyone wanting to train for an obstacle race as we replicate many of the muscle group movements required for race day.
