Held weekly on Tuesdays this class caters for anyone over 50 in the Parish Room at St Barnabas Church, 88 Sackville Road, Hove, BN3 3HE, from 10.30pm -11.30pm, £3.50. Welcomed by a slow, gradual seated warm up to prepare participants for the resistance band work and stretches that lie ahead it is suitable for those new to exercise or resuming exercise and looking to increase their mobility, improve posture, balance, strength, self-confidence and self-esteem.
