LifeLines is a project run by Volunteering Matters, the UK’s leading volunteering charity which runs a wide range of volunteering and social action programmes. The programmes aim to create more integrated communities and reduce social isolation through volunteering. LifeLines aims to improve the health and wellbeing of isolated and vulnerable older people living in East Brighton. Volunteers are at the centre of everything we do. LifeLines volunteers run a range of group based and 1-1 activities. All the activities are developed and run by our volunteers who are aged 50 or over and enjoy being able to use their skills, talents and experience. Volunteers are our lifeline!
